Sweet orange- the benefits of sweet orange are remarkable. Not only does it smell great, but it can calm anxiety, energize and uplift the mind. Lemon- lemon essential oil is an anti-inflammatory and an antimicrobial oil that can help boost your mood and reduce stress.

 

Peppermint-  touts many benefits too numerous to list, but some of them are, anti-inflammatory, antiviral, antibacterial, insecticidal, and antispasmodic properties. It can cool overworked muscles and help with pain and stress.

 

Frankincense- the science backed benefits of Frankincense include anti-inflammatory effects that help reduce joint inflammation caused by arthritis, improve shortness of breath, and may fight certain cancers.
